Timothy O’Rourke

Timothy brings a strong, diverse background in financial services to Precision Wealth Partners, with prior experience at leading institutions such as Discover, Citigroup, and JPMorgan Chase, as well as several smaller firms, giving him a well-rounded perspective on the industry.

In his role, he supports new business processing for multiple Financial Professionals, helping ensure smooth, efficient handling of insurance and investment products. From managing workflows and data entry for a range of applications—including life, disability income, annuities, mutual funds, and brokerage accounts—to working on special projects and training initiatives, he plays a key role in helping advisors serve clients effectively.

He holds a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Accounting, an MBA in Business Administration, and a bachelor’s degree in political science.

Originally from the Pittsburgh, PA area, he now lives in Wilmington, DE with his wife of nearly 22 years, Stacey O’Rourke. Together, they have three daughters: Katelyn and identical twins Megan and Julie. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, working out, and trivia.
