Alicia Croce

Alicia is a lifelong Delaware native with a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education from West Chester University. After five years as an educator in preschool and kindergarten classrooms, she brought her organizational skills, dedication, and people-first approach into the financial services industry.

As Practice Manager at PWP, Alicia helps to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the firm, driving its vision forward and keeping day-to-day activities on track. She fosters a supportive, high-performing team environment and oversees office administration, events, and marketing. Her commitment to building strong relationships and exceeding client expectations has been instrumental in the firm’s success.

Outside of work, Alicia enjoys interior design, tackling DIY projects, reading, and attending concerts. She’s an avid Eagles and Phillies fan and cherishes time spent with her family and golden retrievers.
